Program

Welcome to my program headquarters page.

The goal of the program is to develop and promote incorporation of universal concepts into the constitution of every nation on Earth that support improvement of the quality of human life and extension of our survival.

The program has six elements, starting with beliefs and building up to the plan, with the constitution as its central element.

BELIEFS

We believe the following:

When we say universe we include the entire world from beginning to eternity including all randomness, order, information, space, time, energy, force, matter, motion, and every creature and human and all that we humans think, imagine, dream, feel, hope, say, write, do, and experience.

Humans are the greatest thing the universe shall ever produce.

Each person is a sacred spirit.

Each person is born free.

Each person has free will.

Each person is unique.

Each person belongs to our family.

Each person evolves through their lifetime.

Each person has immense ability to define and achieve their goals.

Each person, intentionally or not, apparently or not, contributes to the greatest story that shall occur in the universe, the human story.

The human family has proliferated in the face of continual external threat and interspecies competition to over eight billion souls spread across planet Earth through centuries of social evolution.

The human family has unlimited potential.

The more deeply you understand the universe, the greater your opportunity to live in happiness.

Conversely, the happier you are, the more deeply you understand the universe.

The more you devote to serving others, the greater your opportunity to live in happiness.

Living by our beliefs will at times fall short or even fail because the universe is random.

Scientists call randomness entropy.1

Entropy works both for and against us.

Entropy works for us first by allowing the universe to move and second by allowing humans to be free.2

Entropy works against us three ways.

First, when humans act constructively sometimes we fail for random reasons.

Second, entropy at times causes humans to be self-destructive.

Third, over trillions of years entropy will wear out all life and every object in the universe until all that remains is black, cold, infinitely expanding space.

Fortunately, Earth will be able to sustain life for hundreds of millions of years, and humans have the potential to continue our three million year history of success in the face of challenges from nature and from internal strife.

In consideration of all of this, we celebrate our past and are hopeful for our future.

The more widely our beliefs spread, the greater the possibility for improving the quality of human life and extending the length of our survival to our full potential.

VALUES

We have five fundamental values: honesty, gratitude, respectfulness, justice, and Lovism.

EDUCATION

We define the highest priority in each of the four levels of education, elementary, secondary, postsecondary, and philosophy.

The highest priority in elementary education is teaching mutual respect.

The highest priority in secondary education is teaching responsible citizenship, civics.

The highest priority in postsecondary education is teaching political leadership.

Philosophy is the study of everything, and every branch of study is a branch of philosophy.

The highest priority in philosophy is discovering, developing, and spreading knowledge that improves the quality of human life and lengthens the duration of our species.

CONSTITUTION – DRAFT

We propose these concepts for incorporation into every national constitution on Earth.

The title president below means the senior executive leader or co-leaders of a nation, such as for example a prime minister.

All elected officials including judges are officers in these concepts.

  1. Every person is free.
  2. Every person has equal rights.
  3. Every citizen has the right to vote.
  4. Every national office is filled by popular election.
  5. Presidential elections shall be held at least every four years.
  6. No person shall be president more than eight years in their lifetime.
  7. Every federal judge up to the supreme court is appointed for ten years by national election.
  8. A person may serve as a federal judge below the supreme court without time limit.
  9. No person shall serve as a supreme court judge more than ten years in their lifetime.
  10. No person or entity shall offer a gift to any officer.
  11. No officer shall accept any gift.
  12. Every officer shall publicly file their independently audited, unqualified quarterly financial results with the first quarter beginning January 1, including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, and all tax filings, by the last day of the first month of the subsequent quarter.
  13. No candidate shall enter a new business endeavor or change the nature of their business while campaigning such that it might materially benefit from holding office.
  14. No officer shall actively engage in business.
  15. No officer shall actively invest in financial instruments including stocks, equity, bonds, loans, derivatives, calls, puts, swaps, cryptocurrency, or any actual, synthetic, equivalent or combination of any of these or of any other financial instrument.
  16. A deposit in a retail bank is not a financial investment, it the storage of cash.
  17. A deposit in any non-retail bank is a financial instrument subject to Concept 15.
  18. No person or entity shall lend money or other thing to an officer.
  19. No officer shall borrow money or any other thing.
  20. Any officer may be removed from office by popular national referendum with a two-thirds vote.
  21. Removal from office by referendum is effective at 12:01 AM in the nation’s capital on the day following completion of the vote count.
  22. Removal from any office is permanent, disqualifies the person from holding any office for life, and may not be appealed.

GOAL

The program has two goals.

Goal 1. Promote the program’s concepts and principles to every citizen in every country.

Goal 2. Promote adoption of the program’s constitutional concepts in every country.
